Membership

Membership in LEAD offers families contact with other like-minded people seeking educational alternatives and social opportunities for home schooled kids. LEAD is a very active organization, with weekly, monthly and other events planned for and offered to members. Some of our events are for members-only with a few offered to the home school community at large. To remain up-to-date on LEAD events and stay connected with other members, membership in LEAD is the answer! If you'd like to check us out and see if our group is a good fit for your family, please join us at Glenlake Park in Decatur from 1:30pm, for our Thursday park play days (August-May).

To become a member of LEAD, (and become subscribed to our Yahoo Group) complete a short membership form, sign a LEAD participation form (regarding safety and parent responsibility), our hold-harmless wavier and pay annual dues of $20 per family – all are turned in to our Membership Coordinator.
