About the Course
Sewing is such a practical skill! Students get the sense that they can make just about anything--which really builds confidence.
In this class, students will learn the basics of hand sewing--threading a needle, hiding ends, simple stitches. Students who already have sewing skills will have an opportunity to reinforce those skills and build upon them by learning new skills.
The past couple of years, I"ve had students make dragons, chickens, finger puppets, and more. I've got a variety of patterns available. Materials are included. We will be using plant dyed wool felt and stuffing wool. Materials and tools are provided for this class.
