American Literature & Language Intensive Thursdays, 10-10:55 AM Teacher: Kelly Limes-Taylor, she/her Course Cost: $330* Course Duration: 8 weeks. Course ends 10/8/26 Age: This workshop will be best suited for learners aged 16+. Families with interested learners aged 12-15 will want to contact LT at limestaylorconsulting@gmail.com before signing up. The purpose of this intensive workshop is to support learners' interests in canonical and non-canonical English language and literature, particularly when it comes to a close study of American writers. This workshop examines the techniques of a variety of writers to help enhance learners' writing abilities. This course uses the Georgia Department of Education’s Georgia Standards of Excellence for eleventh and twelfth-grade English Literature courses as guidance. *Learners may be expected to purchase up to $40 in books for this course.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: The LEAD Refund policy for dropping a class is as follows: • Class canceled 1+ weeks before classes begin = full refund of class and LEAD fees. • Class canceled 1 week before OR after classes begin = no refund of LEAD fees. Refund of class fees is up to the discretion of the instructor. If, for some reason, a class you have signed up for is canceled by LEAD or the instructor (either before or after the start of classes), you will have the option of receiving a refund of your LEAD per-class fee or applying it to another class. These terms are subject to change per semester.
