Character Creation (People Edition) Thursdays, 10-10:55 AM Teacher: H Carter, they/she Course Cost: $585 Course Duration: 15 weeks Ages: 9+ Course Description: Jump to and from Paper! In this class, we'll learn how to draw people—from their faces to their toes! We will bring them to life with an arrangement of expressions and movements—ultimately sculpting them with our own two hands!!! Learn how to create a portrait, whether it’s of yourself, your mom, or your mom’s imaginary best friend, Steve! We’ll start with their face, and then we will move into drawing their whole body!! Treating this as a map, we will bring our characters to life using movement and expression techniques, creating a final 2-dimensional blueprint to build a Real Life Person* out of clay. *roughly 6-8 inches tall

Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: The LEAD Refund policy for dropping a class is as follows: • Class canceled 1+ weeks before classes begin = full refund of class and LEAD fees. • Class canceled 1 week before OR after classes begin = no refund of LEAD fees. Refund of class fees is up to the discretion of the instructor. If, for some reason, a class you have signed up for is canceled by LEAD or the instructor (either before or after the start of classes), you will have the option of receiving a refund of your LEAD per-class fee or applying it to another class. These terms are subject to change per semester.
