MUSIC SKILLS Fridays 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Teacher: Adam Cole Course Cost: $306 Course Duration: 12 weeks Ages: ALL Learn the Fundamentals of Music Making Course Description: While technology can help us create sophisticated songs in seconds, it's much more satisfying to make real music with real people. A basic understanding of music principles is easy to learn with the right teacher, and if you've always wanted to develop a solid musical foundation for yourself, this is the class for you! We'll cover playing, reading and writing music. In each area we'll learn an understanding of basic rhythms, song structure, and sound-colors. Through improvisation games and projects, we'll put our knowledge to use and become competent musicians capable of going as far as we want in any direction. You can take this class at any skill level. Complete beginners and those with significant musical experience will all benefit.
