Reading Comprehension Fun: Stories, Activities & Games! Wednesdays, 12:30-1:25 PM Teacher: Stacia Kratzer, she/her. skingery2@gmail.com. Course Cost: $400 Course Duration: 15 weeks Age: 6-9 Stories will come to life for students in this engaging, hands-on reading class! Students will enjoy a different interactive read-aloud picture book each week. Then, they will complete an accompanying hands-on craft or simple STEM activity, as well as a fun themed game. Through simple discussions and visual tools, students will explore story elements, make connections, and build critical thinking skills. Vocabulary will also come to life with picture cards and kid-friendly definitions. Students will develop a love of reading, creativity, and critical thinking—all while having fun! All costs for the accompanying activities, crafts, and games are included in the tuition. Students will not need to purchase or bring any materials with them to class. Each semester features new books and activities, perfect for returning students!

Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: The LEAD Refund policy for dropping a class is as follows: • Class canceled 1+ weeks before classes begin = full refund of class and LEAD fees. • Class canceled 1 week before OR after classes begin = no refund of LEAD fees. Refund of class fees is up to the discretion of the instructor. If, for some reason, a class you have signed up for is canceled by LEAD or the instructor (either before or after the start of classes), you will have the option of receiving a refund of your LEAD per-class fee or applying it to another class. These terms are subject to change per semester.
