Taylor Swift Lit (10+) Tuesdays, 12:30-1:30 PM Teacher: Adeline Barnes Course Cost: $230 Course Duration: 15 weeks Ages:10+ Course Description: In this class students will learn about the literary parallels, cultural context, and thematic references of Taylor Swift's music! From Love Story to Cassandra, books, poetry, folklore, music, and movies are huge influences on Taylor's songs. We will go through her music catalogue and learn about culture and literature through the lens of her lyricism. The only supplies you should need are a pen and/or pencil, as well as something to write notes in. Respectful discussion and student feedback are highly encouraged. Learn about your favorite songs, the art that inspired them, and much more. So come on over, make some friendship bracelets and have fun!

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: All cancellations 7 days before classes begin can receive a full refund for both the tuition, supply fee, and LEAD Fees. **Refunds for Tuition and Supply Fees ONE WEEK BEFORE classes begin are at the discretion of the instructor.** The LEAD Refund policy for the $30 per-class registration fee for dropping a class is as follows: -- Class canceled 2+ weeks before classes begin = full refund of LEAD fees. -- Class canceled 2 weeks before classes begin= 50% refund of LEAD fees. -- Class canceled 1 week before or after classes begin= no refund of LEAD fees. If, for some reason, a class you have signed up for is canceled by LEAD or the instructor (either before or after the start of classes), you will have the option of receiving a refund of your LEAD per-class fee or applying it to another class. These terms are subject to change per semester.
